John DankovchikCHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
John began his career over 25 years ago as a stockbroker with firms such as Bear Stearns and Lehman Brothers where he honed his natural sales abilities. A decade later, he decided to shift gears and pursue his lifelong passion for technology by immersing himself in the bleeding edge technology used to make Wall Street tick. John fulfilled this vision by founding LiquidTrader, an ultra-high-performance, professional trading platform that was acquired by GlobalTec Solutions, a leading provider of real-time trading tools for individual investors. While at GlobalTec, in 2005, John became Splash Media’s first customer. He spent seven years at GlobalTec, including the last five as its president. John acquired Splash Media in 2013 with the passion and vision of transforming social media and digital marketing by using cutting-edge tools and analytics coupled with great creative. John is a highly talented visionary who enjoys his constant left and right brain conflicts and the intersection of art and science. As if he doesn’t have enough on his plate, John is married with three children.

Eve has spoken in over 40 U.S. cities, as well as in Ireland, France, the UK, Australia, Belgium and Iceland at government organizations, universities, companies and conference groups, including NATO, Cisco, Vistage, Microsoft, Purdue, and National Sporting Good Association. Eve is the author of Social Media for the CEO and The Social Media Business Equation. Her work in social media has been featured on American Express Open Forum, CIO.com, Forbes, Social Media Today, Mashable, Huffington Post, and CNN. Eve is known @LinkedInQueen, married to @NerdButler, has one daughter named Luna and a puppy named Holly.
Elisha VelezDIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS
Elisha has a range of experience in both traditional and digital marketing with the majority of her career focused on international social strategies, strategic execution of digital strategies and project management. Her portfolio includes clients in multiple industries including domestic and global logistics, global communication and management, and agency partnerships. Her experience allows her to bring multiple viewpoints and strategic insights to her clients. The combination of her organizational and creative problem-solving skills allows her to motivate her team while driving efficiency. A graduate of the University of North Texas, Elisha is a true Texas girl. Her passions include music, dance, and of course, social media communications.
Byron CoxDIR. OF VIDEO PRODUCTION
Byron began his career in broadcast television working for KLST-TV in San Angelo, TX where he got his start producing broadcast commercials and promos. In 1995, Byron shifted to the corporate video world, as he became a producer for the Law Enforcement Television Network. In this role, he was able to produce thousands of training videos seen by police officers and other first responders across the world. In 2011, Byron joined Splash Media as Sr. Producer and was responsible for producing award-winning videos for numerous clients. In his current role as Director of Video Production, Byron has the privilege of leading a talented team of video storytellers. A native Texan, Byron spends his free time experimenting with new BBQ recipes and being disappointed by his beloved Texas Rangers.
Nicole DurhamDIRECTOR OF STRATEGY
Nicole oversees the strategic direction of accounts at Splash Media. Her background primarily lies in technology and B2B industries, having served customers in telecommunications, automation, business process services, cloud storage, mobile app development, and supply chain management, among others. She has a passion for finding ways to optimize the intersection where businesses, consumers, and technology meet. Prior to joining Splash Media, Nicole worked in the traditional advertising space at Schaefer Advertising and on the in-house marketing team at FilesAnywhere. Nicole holds undergraduate degrees in both advertising and public relations from the University of Texas at Arlington, where she also minored in business administration. When she isn’t color-coding her to-do list, she spends her time traveling, finding new podcasts, exploring museums, supporting the local dive, playing fantasy football or getting target practice in at the shooting range.
Ashley DoyleDIR. OF PAID MEDIA
As director of media, Ashley is responsible for all media planning and execution. She works with clients to develop strategies that support key business objectives through the use of various digital platforms and technologies including online display, video, paid search, mobile media and more. She also works in conjunction with the social teams at Splash to ensure plans are coordinated holistically across both paid and organic social channels. Prior to joining Splash Media, Ashley was the media planner at SQ1. Ashley was responsible for all media strategy, planning and execution on Wholly Guacamole, Think Energy, Jo Ann, Daikin, Shell, Jiffy Lube, Del Frisco’s and On the Border. Ashley received a Bachelor of Science and Masters of Business Administration from Texas Woman’s University. When she's not nose deep in media strategy, she is traveling the world, rocking out at local concerts, and trying to plan her next themed party.
